Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Weapons Program Development Analyst to support Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) A5/8. In this role, you will provide requirements development, acquisition support, and program management for advanced weapons systems using the Department of War's Key Operational Problems (KOP) framework.
Your Critical Impact:
* Develop and support requirements and acquisition documentation aligned with the KOP framework.
* Coordinate across AFGSC, ACC, AFLCMC, SAF/AQ, AFNWC, AFRL, and PEO/SPO organizations to advance capability development.
* Provide cradletograve program management for advanced weapons technologies.
* Represent AFGSC A5 in IPTs, HPTs, Threat Working Groups, and other enterprise forums.
* Prepare seniorleaderready briefings, analysis, and decision materials.
* Support planning, policy development, budgeting, and execution activities for assigned programs.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in acquisitions, requirements, or weapons development.
* Missionready bomber or fighter aviator background.
* Experience at MAJCOM, NAF, or HAF level.
* Prior SCI or SAP experience.
* Strong knowledge of USAF weapons, operations, and acquisition processes.
* Understanding of statutory/regulatory policy for acquisition, PPBE, and KOPbased requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior leaders.
* Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Desired Qualifications
* USAF Weapons School graduate.
* Experience supporting programs from Materiel Solution Analysis through major acquisition milestones (AoA, PDR, CDR, IOT&E).
* DAU requirements certification or HQlevel requirements development experience.
Education
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Master's degree preferred; technical or engineering disciplines strongly preferred.
Security Requirements
* Active TS/SCI with investigation within 5 years required.
* Prior SCI or SAP experience required.
* Polygraph and drug testing may be required.
* U.S. citizenship required.
