Position Summary: The Administrator, Leave and Accommodations, administers, tracks, and reports on employee leave programs, including FMLA, state leave programs, leave as accommodation, short-term disability, long-term disability, parental leave, and personal leave. Additional duties may include on-the-job accommodation support and workers' compensation compliance. This role provides timely, confidential, and compliant service with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. The Administrator, Leave and Accommodations also serves as a key liaison with payroll, benefits providers, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of leave requests and supplemental benefits.
