Our Credit Union Implementations Team has an exciting opportunity with our leadership team. The Credit Union Solutions Application Support Manager will be a vital component of the success of our Credit Union Core Implementations team. This leader will manage a team of 8 outstanding analysts that are key to the client conversions of the General Ledger application within the Credit Union Core System, Symitar! You will bring your accounting and financial institution experience to this role to ensure a smooth implementation for your team and the credit union. You will get to work with client and be a point of contact for both your team and the credit union clients.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Cedar Falls, IA; Louisville' KY; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $88,650- $133,200 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversees successful completion of customer installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversees the installation process from end-to-end, ensuring customers receive outstanding support and service.
  • Ensures customer data is accurately converted and business processes are functional.
  • Ensures all issues and questions regarding functionality, features, and usage are answered.
  • Ensures customer needs and expectations are met or escalated appropriately for resolution.
  • Facilitates regular staff meetings.
  • Maintains effective communication with clients throughout projects.
  • Oversees creation of customer and internal training materials and documentation.
  • Assists in development of new procedures to improve performance.
  • Trains and mentors new employees.
  • Provides tools to monitor progress of multiple project types.
  • Serves as the first point of escalation for client and internal issues.
  • Assigns personnel to installations and manages resources to ensure project success.
  • Participates in tactical and strategic planning.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience working in a bank or credit union back office environment
  • Must have previous team supervisory experience in a professional environment where you were responsible for coaching, performance evaluation, and assigning of responsibilities and tasks.
  • Must have an understanding of accounting and experience that includes general ledger balancing.
  • Must be able to communicate with clients and resolve client issues.
  • Project management experience is key to this role to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time.
