Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement (AI Enablement) to support the adoption and execution of AI-driven capabilities across our commercial organization. This role will focus on embedding enablement tools and learning into seller and manager workflows, ensuring consistent usage and business impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Execution & Ongoing Support

  • Support theday-to-dayexecution of Sales capabilities already in-market, ensuring smooth operation and consistent usage.
  • Act as a primary execution partner to leadership, helping operationalize approved capabilities across teams.
  • Monitor usage patterns, common issues, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Associate Access & Operational Management

  • Support associate access management forenablementtools, including onboarding, access changes, and removals.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for common access and usage questions, escalating issues whereappropriate.
  • Help ensure access processes are clear, documented, and consistently applied.

AI Education & Enablement

  • Deliver and support AI education for sellers, managers, and enablement partners, including:
  • Rolebased AI overviews

  • Incontext guidance and FAQs

  • Reinforcement materials tied to onboarding, training, and enablement programs

  • Partner with Revenue Enablement teams to embed AI education into existing learning journeys, rather than treating AI as a standalone topic.

SupportingEnablementAcross Revenue Enablement

  • Support the integration ofenablementRevenue Enablement initiatives, whereappropriate, including:
  • New hire onboarding

  • Sales training and readiness programs

  • Manager coaching and reinforcement

  • Partner with Enablement leaders to ensureenablementcapabilities are embedded into existing workflows and programs, not added as parallel efforts.

What Success Looks Like

  • Enablementtools are accessible, understood, and consistently used by sellers and managers.

  • Associates know where to go for help, education, and trustedguidance.

  • Enablement is embedded withinseller/sales managerprograms and workflows, supporting execution without added complexity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, commercial systems, product management, or related roles

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with handson execution discipline

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and on-time delivery across multiple workstreams

  • Experience building, running, and improving repeatable operational processes (intake, triage, escalations, documentation, and continuous improvement)

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication, documentation, and follow-through

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800.00 - 99,400.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
