Summary The Risk Manager is responsible for assisting the Director Risk Management/Senior Counsel, Clinical Affairs, to identify, track, and trend, investigate significant clinical issues, and in the investigation of adverse patient outcomes and other institutional risk issues. Essential Functions Investigating adverse patient events and facility-related risk matters within an established timeframe Education: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline. Master's Degree preferred. Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of risk management, patient safety, and/or quality improvement experience. Salary Range: $41.00/hour - $65.60/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
