Work Performed Research the impacts of artistic working middles schools in regards to poetry, puppetry, and the educational impacts ofteaching resilience. Review work done in Bass Connections '25-'26 planning for upcoming research in '26-'27 and potential journal publications. Review work in Yancy County as a case study. Bass Connections Summer Research Assistant Research the impacts of artistic work in middles schools Assess student feedback on poetry and puppetry projects Assess community feedback on poetry and puppetry projects Assess the educational impacts on students and teachers using theReady Set Resilience program. Review work done in Bass Connections '25-'26 Evaluate the effectiveness of community events Evaluate the effectiveness of classroom engagement Plan for upcoming research in '26-'27 Design surveys for upcoming community engagements considering previous years successes and the new scale and audience makeup. Design surveys for upcoming classroom engagements considering previous successes and the new focus on community engagements and performance. Move towards publication Research journals for publications, in puppetry, art, resilience, education, and climate change journals. Review work in Yancy County as a case study.
