Machine Operator - 1st Shift \| Beverage Manufacturing \| Littleton, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 1st shift \| Saturday overtime required Pay: $21.00/hour Keep production moving. Advantage Technical is hiring a Machine Operator for a beverage manufacturing facility in Littleton, MA. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment, this opportunity is ready for you. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment supplying raw materials to the production line Fill, cap, seal, label, and package products Remove or shift materials and finished product to maintain proper flow and machine operation Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs Complete food safety checks, inspections, and required documentation Clean equipment and work area during and after shift Follow all GMP, quality, food safety, and company policies and procedures What You Bring (Qualifications and Requirements) Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred Ability to follow GMP and food safety standards Basic troubleshooting skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete required production paperwork accurately Advantage Technical Benefits Competitive weekly pay with weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Optional 401(k) Take the first step toward your next opportunity.
