Workplace Ambassador - JLL What this job involves:

Join JLL as a Workplace Ambassador and become the heart of our dynamic workplace environment at 600 California Street in San Francisco. In this role, you'll create exceptional experiences for employees and visitors while fostering a vibrant, collaborative community. As the friendly face of our workplace, you'll ensure seamless daily operations, support workplace initiatives, and serve as a trusted resource for all occupants and stakeholders. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Respond to employee and visitor inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, addressing concerns and providing timely information.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors warmly, oversee access control, coordinate visitor registration, and handle phone calls and messages.
  • Provide Workplace Support: Assist employees with room bookings, equipment requests, IT support coordination, and serve as a go-to resource for workplace policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Events: Support the planning and execution of workplace events, meetings, and activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and audiovisual arrangements.
  • Maintain Workplace Amenities: Ensure break rooms, lounges, wellness rooms, and collaborative spaces remain clean, organized, and fully functional.
  • Facilitate Workplace Communication: Distribute announcements, updates, and information to employees through email, newsletters, and digital signage.
  • Champion Health and Safety: Promote workplace health and safety protocols, ensure proper equipment use, support emergency procedures, and report incidents or hazards.
  • Build Community: Organize social activities, team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives that foster engagement and connection.
  • Educate on Policies: Guide employees on workplace policies, procedures, and guidelines while ensuring compliance with workplace standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, services, and cost efficiency while providing valuable feedback to optimize the workplace experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environment
  • Proficiency with technology tools, including Google Suite, Office 365, and ticketing system management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service to diverse individuals
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate workplace technology tools, equipment, and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certification or coursework in customer service, business, hospitality, or a related field
  • Professional and approachable demeanor with the ability to represent the workplace positively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands, including occasional availability for weekends or evenings for special events
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols applicable to workplace environments
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, operations, and administrative tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve workplace-related issues independently
  • Passion for fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and morale.

Work Shift:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary/Comp:

$59,400 - $72,800 annually

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

59,400.00 - 72,800.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
