Job Summary The Assistant Director - Planned Giving, is a member of the Gifts & Grants program and reports to the Executive Director, Planned Giving. The Gifts & Grants program focuses on relationship-based fundraising to secure gifts from individuals, corporate partners, and foundations. The Assistant Director, Planned Giving, works under the direction of team leadership to develop and implement effective, creative, and personalized strategies to increase giving through the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of mid-level donors and prospective donors. The Assistant Director, Planned Giving, is responsible for dynamic discovery work with donors and prospective donors interested in giving asset-based and deferred gifts. Some travel and weekend and evening work will be required. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus. Responsibilities
Focus on discovery of prospective planned gift donors via follow-up from marketing efforts and other sources.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $84,490 to $126,714, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
