This organization is at the forefront of creating a safer, more efficient, and enjoyable future, driven by a commitment to excellence and a pioneering spirit. Join a team that is not just building products, but shaping the future of transportation.

Are you ready to be a pivotal force in driving customer acquisition and shaping the future of promotional strategies? We're seeking a dynamic individual to bridge the critical gap between marketing vision and technical execution. In this role, you won't just be executing campaigns; you'll be a key voice guiding the transition towards an automated infrastructure, making a tangible impact on how our client engages with its growing customer base. Your work will directly influence customer growth, optimize marketing spend, and contribute to the evolution of our client's marketing technology stack.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire operational lifecycle of promotional campaigns, translating strategic marketing goals into precise technical requirements, managing workflow submissions, and ensuring rigorous QA and post-launch validation.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and clear translation of business requirements into technical specifications across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Partner closely with lifecycle marketing teams to coordinate asset development and distribution plans across various channels, including email and push notifications, for promotional initiatives.
  • Accurately track marketing campaign expenditures against a significant allocation, providing regular updates on burn rates and ensuring financial transparency.
  • Monitor promotional campaign performance, implement A/B testing methodologies when applicable, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce operations, technical project management, or a closely related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and configuring promotions within an e-commerce platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or major enterprise e-commerce infrastructure platforms (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong technical aptitude, comfortable working within structured, manual technical environments and communicating directly with engineering teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools for budget tracking, workflow troubleshooting, and campaign quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
