Our top customer is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Data Manager to lead the governance, organization, and operational management of data assets across our Engineering and Data Science teams. This role is a Fulltime/Direct Placement position and is fully onsite 5 days per week in Fort Wayne, IN. They will ensure that data is reliable, accessible, and aligned with business objectives, enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data systems with leadership abilities and a deep understanding of data science workflows and engineering practices. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related roles Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and distributed systems Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, or Scala) Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data science lifecycle *Job Type & Location* This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
