We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support cash management and online banking products within a dynamic financial services environment. This role combines technical support, client interaction, and operational execution, offering strong visibility across internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities * Provide operational and technical support for online cash management and digital banking products * Deliver virtual training sessions (e.g., WebEx) to clients and internal stakeholders * Perform client onboarding and system setup for cash management services * Monitor platform usage and proactively troubleshoot issues within defined authority * Serve as a point of contact for customer and internal user support, ensuring timely issue resolution * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product implementations * Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, reporting, and documentation requests * Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives * Manage daily operational tasks, reporting, and correspondence with high attention to detail Required Qualifications * 5-7+ years of experience in cash management, treasury services, banking operations, or financial services support * Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and cash management products * Proven experience in customer support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution * Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering virtual training * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment * High attention to detail and accuracy in operational execution Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory examinations * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Product, and Operations teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
