NOW HIRING 100% REMOTE ANAYLSTS **Must have experience within operational or financial analysis utilizing CRM platforms** Day to Day: * Execute territory and account assignments within CRM and planning tools * Document processes and recurring field requests to improve scalability * Analyze usage and consumption trends to identify risks and growth opportunities * Provide insights on customer health, expansion opportunities, and renewal likelihood * Support reporting on key metrics such as usage, consumption, and customer value * Serve as a point of contact for Sales and Customer Success data-related inquiries * Deliver clear, data-backed insights to leadership and field teams * Analyze performance across revenue, attainment, and growth metrics * Develop dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis for business-critical decisions * Translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) * Experience with cloud/SaaS platforms * Prior experience in contract or project-based RevOps roles * Strong focus on process documentation and operational scalability Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
