*Warranty Services Representative* *Position Overview* The *Warranty Services Representative* provides high-level customer support across all aspects of warranty service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests, validating warranties, and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to products and services for *multi-family and large-scale commercial projects*.
*Key Responsibilities* * Deliver *exceptional customer support* via phone and electronic communication for warranty-related inquiries and service requests * *Validate warranty eligibility*, process claims, and ensure compliance with company policies * Interpret and clearly explain *warranty terms, coverage, and product service details* to customers * Coordinate and *dispatch third-party contractors* for service repairs and installations * Facilitate returns and exchanges for *defective or malfunctioning products* * Utilize internal systems (CRM/ERP) to *track requests, document cases, and manage resolutions* * Assess parts availability and *coordinate inventory needs* for service completion * Perform consistent *follow-ups with customers and vendors* to ensure timely issue resolution * Support *vendor authorization and service provider onboarding/recruiting efforts* * Manage multiple service cases simultaneously while *prioritizing urgent requests* *Required Skills & Experience* * Experience in *warranty claims processing, claims support, or customer service operations* * Strong *customer support and problem-resolution skills* in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with *Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)* and data entry systems * Hands-on experience with *CRM and/or ERP systems* (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) * Ability to *multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage high-volume requests* * Strong attention to detail with *accurate documentation and data tracking* *Additional Qualifications* * Excellent *written and verbal communication skills* * Ability to read and interpret *technical documentation and service instructions* * Experience working in a *matrixed or cross-functional team environment* * Proven ability to support *multiple product lines or service categories* * *Bilingual in Spanish preferred* *Top Skills* * Warranty Claims Processing * Customer Support / Customer Service * Claims Management *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
