Warranty Services Representative Position Overview The Warranty Services Representative provides high-level customer support across all aspects of warranty service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests, validating warranties, and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to products and services for multi-family and large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and electronic communication for warranty-related inquiries and service requests * Validate warranty eligibility, process claims, and ensure compliance with company policies * Interpret and clearly explain warranty terms, coverage, and product service details to customers * Coordinate and dispatch third-party contractors for service repairs and installations * Facilitate returns and exchanges for defective or malfunctioning products * Utilize internal systems (CRM/ERP) to track requests, document cases, and manage resolutions * Assess parts availability and coordinate inventory needs for service completion * Perform consistent follow-ups with customers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution * Support vendor authorization and service provider onboarding/recruiting efforts * Manage multiple service cases simultaneously while prioritizing urgent requests Required Skills & Experience * Experience in warranty claims processing, claims support, or customer service operations * Strong customer support and problem-resolution skills in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems * Hands-on experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) * Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage high-volume requests * Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data tracking Additional Qualifications * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and service instructions * Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment * Proven ability to support multiple product lines or service categories * Bilingual in Spanish preferred Top Skills * Warranty Claims Processing * Customer Support / Customer Service * Claims Management Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
