And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day. Monitors inventory and equipment needed for direct patient care in multiple units. Acts as a liaison between nursing units and the materials department.I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Monitors par level resupply systems for appropriateness, adjusting as necessary with input and approval from manager. Meets with all managers on a monthly basis to review unit-based par stocks and adjusts as necessary. High school graduate or equivalent plus specialized training. Knowledge of equipment and supplies related to patient care. Ability to work independently.
