Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital 1800 Orleans St Baltimore, MD 21287 Full time- Day shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; weekend work is required. Position Summary: The Patient supervisor's role is responsible for all the daily operations of the Patient Transport Department. Responsible for effectively supervising all daily activities related to the provision of Patient Transport services and the Patient Transport call center, including training, scheduling, customer response, oversight of equipment, and all relevant policies and procedures. Conducts weekly audits of Transport Associates during transport requests. Oversees quarterly equipment inventories. Work closely with upper management to provide enhanced service levels. Trains staff new to the department and interns as assigned Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred. Required Work Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 19.89/hour - Maximum 34.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
