About the Role:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing critical support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery. This role serves as a key cross-functional bridge, collaborating closely with Field Operations, Corporate Operations, and Client Success to align internal resources. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will serve as an early point of contact for clients during intake calls, ensuring accurate project requirements are captured and expectations are clearly managed from the start.

What You'll Do:



  • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration; coordinate project activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all project records are kept current and accessible.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements. Perform regular reviews and evaluations to ensure project outcomes meet goals/targets.
  • Assist with project-related tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field; and
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Merchandising experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for developing solutions.
  • Demonstrated/proven skills required to form meaningful, interpersonal relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Superior organization, time management and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
