As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment through routine patrols, responsive interactions, and attention to site activity, while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach, caring culture, teamwork, and integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, helping to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive areas.
• Support day-to-day operations by completing required reports, maintaining awareness of security-related conditions, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
