ABOUT THE ROLE Join SC Johnson's International Consumer Brands Air Care team as an Associate Manager, Global Project Management, and play a key role in bringing innovative products to market. In this highly collaborative position, you will lead cross-functional teams through the End-to-End New Product Development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned to business objectives, and positioned for successful commercialization. As a project leader, you will drive alignment across functions, manage project timelines and risks, facilitate decision-making, and ensure execution against key milestones. Working with global and regional stakeholders, you will proactively navigate challenges, lead trade-off discussions, and help teams deliver innovative solutions that meet consumer and business needs.
