What to Expect Tesla isscalingthemanufacturing ofOptimusto the order ofmillionsofbots.The scale ofthisfleet of botsunlockspreviouslyinfeasiblemethodsforreal world learning,real2sim2realandpolicyevaluation.Similar totheend-to-endmodels for FullSelf Driving,we striveforsimplebutscalablealgorithmsforOptimus.As an AIEngineer workingonOptimus Policy,you willwork onthedata,model training,evaluation anddeployment ofOptimuspoliciesfor awide range oftasks- including but notlimited toloco-manipulation,dexterousmanipulation,navigationoutdoors andonuneventerrain etc.You will get to work on the fulltrainingstages ofthe model- from pre-trainingtoreinforcementlearning.
