We're looking for a Senior Director of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you'll lead the evolution of our pricing, packaging, and monetization frameworks across our entire portfolio of products, solutions, and emerging AI offerings. The primary goal of this role is to act as the strategic connector driving customer value, revenue growth, retention, and operational simplicity across Procore. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, product commercialization expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership. They are equally comfortable shaping long-term monetization strategy with executives and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution across product launches, packaging redesigns, pricing governance, and commercial transformation initiatives. This position reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy and will be based in our Austin, TX or Carpinteria, CA offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What You'll Do
Base Pay Range: 220,000.00 - 302,500.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
