Position Summary:
The main focus of the Michela Fagiolini Laboratory is to understand the mechanisms that underlie the development and plasticity of cortical circuits in health and neurodevelopmental disorders. We work in close collaboration with the Centers of Excellence for Rett Syndrome and CDKL5 Disorder. We use a combination of histological, in vivo electrophysiological, imaging and behavioral techniques. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining and genotyping our mouse colony in addition to some laboratory management and ordering and stocking laboratory supplies. In addition, the RA will actively participate in ongoing research projects. Candidates should be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and have analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills. A solid academic background in neurobiology, biology, coding, math, and physics is preferable. Experience working with rodents is preferable and applicants must be comfortable with rodent handling and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
