Free Meals Here is what you will be doing each day: Confirm all scheduled appointments and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the first appointment of the day. Remain available within one hour during all scheduled shifts. Greet guests warmly, maintain eye contact, and address guests by name whenever possible. Ensure guests understand their treatment and are comfortable before services begin. Refrain from diagnosing medical conditions or providing medical advice. Deliver professional, safe, consistent, and ethical massage therapy services. Regularly check in with guests during treatments to ensure comfort and adjust pressure, room temperature, lighting, music, or other environmental factors as needed. Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner. Offer water to guests following the completion of their service. Clean and prepare treatment rooms after each service to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Complete assigned side work, including linen organization, sanitizing treatment areas, replenishing supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining treatment products. Adjust massage tables to proper ergonomic working heights. Participate in all required training sessions and attend departmental meetings. Check in with the Spa Concierge or Front Desk Attendant upon arrival and departure from the spa. Adhere to all National Board of Massage Certification regulations, company policies, and applicable state and local requirements. Maintain the highest standards of guest service, professionalism, cleanliness, and confidentiality.
