Current Need McKesson's Corporate Development team is seeking a Sr. M&A Analyst to support the evaluation and execution of inorganic growth opportunities across the enterprise. This role will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to analyze acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights that support executive decision-making. The Role The Sr. M&A Analyst is a hands-on contributor responsible for supporting the Corporate Development team across the full transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, and execution. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver financial analysis, market insights, and transaction coordination. This role reports into Corporate Development leadership and partners closely with business units, finance, legal, and strategy teams. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Market Intelligence
