This position supports the comprehensive academic and administrative functions of the pre-nursing, traditional BSN, and non-traditional BSN pathways within the School of Nursing. This role facilitates program operations, manages and maintains confidential student records, ensures compliance with regulatory documentation and delivers responsive student support. The BSN Operations Coordinator promotes effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: * Coordinate day-to-day operational activities independently for undergraduate BSN pathways, including traditional and non-traditional programs, supporting multiple cohorts with overlapping timelines. * Coordinate and execute student registration and orientation processes, including scheduling, logistics, and communication for virtual and in-person orientation activities. * Coordinate clinical onboarding processes for all undergraduate BSN pathways, ensuring students complete required health, compliance, and agency-specific requirements prior to placement deadlines. * Develop and distribute orientation schedules and onboarding timelines in collaboration with pathway coordinators and clinical agency partners. * Maintain and monitor student health and compliance records using systems such as Typhon, TrueScreen, and MyRecordTracker, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of required documentation to clinical agencies. * Utilize and maintain working knowledge of external agency platforms (e.g., ACEMAPP, EXXAT) to support student onboarding and placement processes across systems. * Utilize platforms used in the university such as SharePoint and Teams to maintain organization, tracking of work requirements, and management of documents related to the school of nursing. * Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up with students to ensure completion of requirements, escalating concerns as needed to maintain placement eligibility. * Support clinical placement coordination by organizing onboarding workflows, tracking student readiness, and assisting with logistics related to placement processes. * Ensure adherence to institutional, clinical agency, and regulatory requirements, supporting program compliance and readiness for accreditation or audit review. * Participate in meetings with clinical agency partners as needed to support coordination of placements, onboarding requirements, and issue resolution. * Serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding onboarding, orientation, and compliance requirements; provide timely, accurate, and professional guidance. * Serve as a liaison between the School of Nursing, students, and clinical agency partners to support efficient communication and coordination. * Provide administrative and logistical support for School of Nursing events, initiatives, committees, and program operations. * Deliver professional and responsive customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external partners. * Perform other duties as assigned in support of program and operational needs. Qualifications: * Experience coordinating administrative or operational processes, ideally in higher education, healthcare, or a similar environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track detailed processes, and meet deadlines accurately. * Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn data management and compliance systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply policies and procedures with attention to detail. * Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
