Location: Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment: LegalShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Assistant General Counsel is a key member of Cook Children's legal team and is charged assisting the Sr. VP Chief Legal Officer ("CLO") in protecting the company's interests and ensure legal compliance in all business practices. Reporting to the CLO, the AVP is a subject matter expert and thought leader who collaborates with and advises key stakeholders, at all levels of leadership, on a wide range of issues. This position provides expert advice on regulatory and legal matters related to System-wide biomedical research, clinical trials, grants, institutional compliance and governance, including the Research and Grants Administration Office (RAO). This role will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the System's activities adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Experience
