Summary:

The Cybersecurity Associate ("Associate") is a member of the Cybersecurity team within the Office of the CISO, supporting the protection of sensitive data, applications, and critical systems. This entrylevel role is focused on continuous threat monitoring and detection within the Security Operations Center (SOC). The Associate identifies, analyzes, and escalates security alerts using security monitoring tools and following established procedures and playbooks. The role supports incident investigations and response activities by documenting findings and assisting senior analysts. The Associate contributes to the organization's security posture by analyzing logs, network traffic, and endpoint data for indicators of compromise, as well as supporting threat intelligence enrichment and incident reporting.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • 2 years of IT experience is required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with IT operations gained through internships, academic projects, labs, or entrylevel roles involving security or IT tooling (e.g., endpoint protection, network or system monitoring).
