*Front Desk Administrator (Healthcare)* *Location:* Westminster, CO (On-site)
*Overview* We are seeking a friendly, organized, and driven *Front Desk Administrator* to join a fast-paced healthcare clinic environment. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience while ensuring smooth front office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in healthcare administration with strong growth and development potential. *Key Responsibilities* * Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth as they enter the clinic * Verify insurance coverage, referrals, and patient demographics prior to appointments * Ensure all patient registration information is complete and accurate * Manage and maintain provider schedules to ensure efficient and accurate appointment booking * Answer and triage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system * Assist with patient inquiries, take detailed messages, and route communication appropriately * Coordinate, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as needed * Support urgent requests including medication refills and medical records * Collect and post patient co-pays and payments, ensuring accurate documentation * Reconcile daily transactions and maintain a balanced batch * Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations *Qualifications * * At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare front desk or administrative role * Ability to manage a multi-line phone system in a high-volume environment * Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, especially when handling scheduling and insurance verification * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry * High School Diploma or equivalent * A proactive, career-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with Epic or similar EMR systems * Background in retail, customer service, or clerical roles * Strong customer service orientation and communication skills *Work Environment* * Clinic setting with a high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere * Front-facing role-first interaction point for patients * Standard 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility required) * Black scrubs required *What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out* * Supportive leadership and structured training program designed for long-term success * Opportunity to expand your skill set within healthcare administration * Exposure to a large, multi-provider practice offering valuable industry experience *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
