Description

Starkey is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Summer Intern to support our Digital Marketing team in managing and optimizing local clinic presence across platforms. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic auditing across maps, listings, CRM systems, and marketing technology.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our patient journey is seamless-from search to call to visit-while helping improve visibility, accuracy, and performance across digital channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS



  • Local presence and Maps Management - audit and clean-up of local clinic assets
  • Quality assurance for upcoming website platform refresh initiative
  • Marketing technology and Automation auditing - ensure accuracy and identify broken or outdated automations
  • Clinic event support and reporting
  • Data analysis to support targeting strategies used for digital and traditional marketing
  • Documentation and process improvement- Assist in creating clear documentation and SOPs for recurring processes trained on
  • Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education

    • Currently enrolled in secondary education for marketing or communications


  • Experience

    • This role is designed as a learning experience. You do not need prior professional marketing experience-we're looking for curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to dive into new tools and systems.




Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (ie. Excel, Word, etc..)
  • Comfort learning and using new digital tools and platforms. You do not need prior experience with these specific tools-we will provide training. We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The target pay rate for this position is $18 - $20 per hour.
