We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Business Analyst to join our Financial Systems Operations team. In this vital role, you will support the management, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA environment and peripheral financial systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, strong analytical skills, and experience providing operational support for SAP environments. Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include providing initial SAP user support, gathering business requirements, performing root cause analysis, and testing and training support as needed. You will work closely with the Laboratory's IT department as well as stakeholders from within the Finance organization and other functional areas to ensure that SAP financial systems are robust, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
