POSITION SUMMARY The AV Collaboration Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, operational support and maintenance of audio/visual technologies. This role will lead the audio/visual engineering and operations teams and be directly accountable for firmwide strategy, design, and end-user support of audio/visual technologies and related collaboration solutions. This individual will spearhead efforts to elevate the collaboration experience and set standards for the firm's conferencing, event support and digital signage to enhance the workplace experience and production quality of meetings and events. This is a people leader role that will be responsible for managing budgets, vendor partners, and coordinating technology implementations as part of upgrades to existing systems and construction activities globally. SALARY Illinois based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $147,000 - $167,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
New York based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $160,000 - $182,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
Washington, DC based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $155,000 - $175,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity.
