POSITION SUMMARY The Law Student Recruiting Specialist will lead all aspects of the recruitment, hiring and integration of summer associates and entry-level associates for the Chicago office. This individual will work closely with the Director of Attorney Recruiting & Integration, the Senior Manager of Law Student Recruiting, the Hiring Partner and Recruitment Committee, the Summer Chairs and Committee. The position offers significant exposure to partners, associates, and business professionals throughout the firm and provides an excellent opportunity for cross office collaboration on strategic talent development initiatives. The position also requires a high degree of industry knowledge and the ability to work independently as well as effectively with a team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALARY Illinois based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $100,000 - $112,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
