Eligible for Federal Public Trust

8+ years of experience in IT consultancy

5+ years of experience in program or product management in Federal IT or digital space

Experience standing up or launching a product in Federal government space

Heavy technical fluency in the Generative AI space

Familiarity with AI tools in the federal/FedRAMP ecosystem (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, VA-approved platforms)

Proven ability to oversee and run multiple SME consultants to meet a

Create and write useful playbooks to help teach and guide end users

Demonstrated ability to produce government-approvable deliverables (plans, reports, playbooks) - clear writing is essential

Experience with user research or satisfaction measurement

Experience with change management or user adoption programs (Strongly desired)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with various members

Highly organized and prove ability to handle/juggle multiple responsibilities at once from scheduling, SCRUM, follow-up, triage, documentation, etc...

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Current PMP certification strongly desired

Bachelor's Degree

DUTIES :

The ideal candidate will be in a client facing role and will help oversee the creation and launch of Federal Generative AI incubator - enabling and helping Federal employees to experience with GenAI solutions

Ideal candidate must be comfortable operating in ambiguity - this program is being built, not inherited

Define and document incubator intake processes, SME consult workflows, and PoC tracking mechanisms

Write and maintain 5-10 Self-Service Playbooks for Federal employees at varying technical levels

Develop and execute a Communication Plan to announce the incubator client-wide

Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders; manage follow-through on action items

Triage intake requests and own status communications back to requesters

Conduct and document SME consults - targeting 20+ per period of performance with > 4/5 satisfaction

Coordinate four AI Lab proof-of-concept efforts with measurable outcomes

Author User Satisfaction Reports for each SME consult; manage Client review/approval cycle

Track satisfaction metrics and report on incubator effectiveness
