What you will accomplish as a Planner at TAPCO: The Production Planner II is a midlevel professional responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing production orders to ensure customer orders are completed on time and in full. This role coordinates closely with Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and Production to align material availability, capacity, and workflow. The position relies heavily on the Microsoft Business Central (BC) ERP system for planning, scheduling, and daily operational updates. A Planner II is responsible for performing a wide range of planning duties with limited supervision. This role conducts research, prepares reports, manages small projects, and provides technical guidance to junior staff.This position reports to the Planning Manager.
