Overview The Project Manager III will serve as an experienced professional to serve as the liaison between Airport IT projects, Operations, and stakeholders, ensuring coordination and minimizing operational impacts through strong knowledge of LAX operations, airport technology systems, contractor management, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will possess strong knowledge of airport operations at Los Angeles International Airport, along with a comprehensive understanding of airport technology systems, infrastructure, and the IT frameworks that support operational equipment. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, airline partners, LAWA stakeholders, and contractors to support project coordination, with a focus on identifying and mitigating operational impacts through the application of airport operational expertise. This position requires demonstrated experience in contractor management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination. The candidate will be able to translate operational needs into technology-driven solutions and maintain a broad understanding of airport equipment and systems, including their integration with IT networks and infrastructure, to support seamless implementation across multiple terminals.
