Position Summary: The System Director, Strategy for Miller's Children and Women reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Growth. This role is accountable for leading the planning, evaluation, and execution of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives across the health system and being the lead at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital. The Director designs, directs, and implements projects that originate from system and hospital strategic plans, as well as ad-hoc opportunities from executive leadership. The Director is expected to deliver measurable growth, operational excellence, and innovation, serving as a key partner to executives, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
