Software Licensing Analyst Atlanta, GA - Hybrid (3 Days onsite - 2 Days Remote) *MUST WORK ON DIRECT W2 (NO C2C)* Join our dynamic Software Licensing Compliance and Optimization team! As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring our software licensing is compliant and optimized. Your main duties will include: * Contract Analysis: Analyze software contracts to extract key licensing terms and conditions, including licensing metrics, limitations of use, and reporting requirements. * Data Management: Input extracted contract data into the Flexera Network Management Suite. * Purchase Order Review: Search and review purchase orders associated with software contracts and products. Required Skills: * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, presentation, and active listening skills. * Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. * Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and match data from multiple sources. * Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate meetings effectively. * Attention to Detail: Deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail. * Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently. * Adaptability: Navigate and operate effectively in a complex and dynamic organization. Desired Skills: * Software Contracts Knowledge: Experience in software contracts negotiation, software sourcing, and/or software procurement. * License Metrics: Experience in executing purchases for various license metric types. * ARIBA Contracts: Familiarity with ARIBA Contracts. * Software License Management Tools: Experience with tools such as Flexera Network Management Suite (FNMS), Aspera, Snow, IBM Tivoli, or HP Asset Manager. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $52.00/hr.
