TEKsystems is actively hiring 20 career-driven professionals for a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area. Key responsibilities include: Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment Working within an auto-dialer system Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due) Averaging 80-120+ calls per day Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts * Schedule* Training: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT) First week onsite Post-Training: Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek) Shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT) 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally) * Work Environment* Hybrid model after training Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter Majority of work performed remotely from home Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching * Ideal Candidate* We're looking for individuals who are: Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Why Apply Now?* With 20 openings available, this is a rare opportunity to: Join quickly!
