As an NPI Operations Program Manager, you will be instrumental in transforming concepts into tangible realities, orchestrating the journey of innovative products from initial design to successful market launch. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead large, complex, cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) Program teams, collaborating with internal and external partners to guide products from concept through production ramp and manage end-to-end product lifecycle transitions.

* Plan and execute NPI operations development activities, ensuring successful transitions from NPI to production while meeting critical cost, quality, and capacity parameters.

* Drive manufacturing ramp readiness, coordinating with internal teams and external partners on hardware/design product maturity, material availability, quality/reliability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity ramp readiness, and transition plans.

* Optimize product operations and the supply chain by leading cross-functional teams, enabling the product roadmap while proactively managing risks, schedule changes, budget, resources, and customer demand.

* Serve as the primary link between Product Operations/Supply Chain and hardware development, guiding new products through their entire lifecycle within various manufacturing environments.

* Lead teams to ensure all products adhere to stringent quality and manufacturing requirements.

* Coordinate complex projects spanning multiple locations and time zones, ensuring clear communication and timely progress updates among all stakeholders.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Proven experience in leading large, complex, cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, particularly in hardware development and manufacturing.

* Demonstrated ability to plan and execute NPI operations, successfully transitioning products from development to production.

* Expertise in managing manufacturing ramp readiness, including aspects like product maturity, material availability, quality, cost, and capacity planning.

* Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and optimize product operations and supply chains.

* Experience in risk management, schedule management, budget oversight, and resource allocation in a dynamic product development environment.

* Exceptional communication and coordination skills to manage projects across diverse teams and geographical locations.

* A commitment to championing operational excellence and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards.
