Summary: Our client's Services Marketing team brings world-class digital services to life through thoughtful storytelling, partnerships, and creative execution across global platforms. The team works cross-functionally to support campaigns that deeply connect with audiences through culture, creators, and social content.

As a Social Creator Strategist, you will champion our client's "earned" social partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and creator-led marketing initiatives. This role is a powerhouse of operational excellence-focused on managing complex workflows, timelines, and coordination across internal teams, external partners, and creators. You will ensure projects are flawlessly organized, on track, and delivered efficiently while upholding high-quality, brand-aligned outcomes.

In this role, you will partner closely with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creator-driven social content. Your work will span strategy, execution, and measurement, with a heavy emphasis on platform-native storytelling and scalable social programs.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement social content strategies that support creator-led storytelling across various digital services initiatives.
  • Creator Collaboration: Identify, source, and collaborate with diverse creators to produce original, platform-native social content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead creator-driven social campaigns from concept through execution, including briefing, managing feedback loops, and ensuring strict adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, communications, editorial, and product to seamlessly align social content with our client's broader priorities.
  • Analytics & Insights: Evaluate performance using analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future content strategy.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all creator content meticulously aligns with our client's brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
  • Trend Forecasting: Constantly monitor social and cultural trends to identify fresh opportunities for creator-led storytelling and audience engagement.


Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator and social marketing digital content environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and creators.
  • Demonstrated success managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency using project management tools or systems to track work, document progress, and report on status.
  • Experience developing, refining, and implementing project workflows or processes to improve efficiency across teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience working with creators, influencers, or external talent on high-visibility marketing or social content initiatives.
  • Experience supporting social or digital campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
  • Clear, articulate written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience providing executive status updates and documentation.
  • A resilient, adaptable mindset capable of navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with matrixed marketing, communications, editorial, or creative teams.


Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).
