Description
As our Instructional Designer II, you will be a part of MISO's highly talented Technical Development Team, which is dedicated to supporting the growth of employees and stakeholders by creating learning experiences that build technical expertise and agility. You will leverage your skills and utilize a variety of learning approaches and partner closely with subject matter experts and leaders to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Additionally, as our Instructional Designer II, you will lead project intake, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of training content while applying best practices in learning and development. You may also provide support for the LMS Administrator, supporting the facilitation of instructor-led sessions, or assist with simulation-based training. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $79,000.00 - $104,000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
