To thrive as a Regional Distribution Center Manager, you are a hands-on leader who excels at driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring products move efficiently and safely across the network every single day! You bring a strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management, paired with a passion for continuous improvement and fostering customer happiness.

In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of distribution center operations within your region. You will ensure timely and resourceful delivery. You will also maintain efficient inventory levels and follow safety and regulatory standards. You will lead day-to-day warehouse activities, manage carrier relationships, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and partner cross-functionally to support new product rollouts, store setups, and strategic initiatives.

Here's What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma required; preferred education in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution protocols
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards (DOT/provincial guidelines)
  • Experience coordinating with third-party carriers and managing freight processes
  • Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • May be required to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) and work hands-on as needed
