Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams across multiple facilities.
- Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee installation, testing, qualification, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment.
- Manage facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds).
- Plan & execute capital equipment and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate contractors/vendors, and service providers ensuring quality & cost-effectiveness
- Develop budgets, project timelines, facility layouts, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, and other regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate performance, provide coaching and training, and support employee development.
- Partner with cross functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Journeyman Machinist Certification a PLUS
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety programs
- 8+ years of management experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management, manufacturing engineering, facilities management, and capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
- Ability to make sound decisions independently in both routine and emergency situations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards, corrective actions, SPC, and manufacturing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
