Inside the Role Responsibilities:The Mechanical Product Validation Engineering Supervisor II provides operational leadership for the Madras shop by owning shop execution, work request governance, technician resource planning, and tooling readiness. This role ensures predictable, safe, and highquality support across functional testing, RLDA, durability, and FCCC data acquisition, while strengthening crossfunctional coordination, longrange planning, and continuous improvement at HDPG. Lead and actively drive departmentlevel initiatives to standardize shop and documentation processes across PVE, including guiding documentation team members in process alignment efforts to harmonize practices using systems such as Jira, Finas and Fleetio, improving data integrity, workflow transparency, and crosssite consistency to support increasing program complexity and operational demand.
