Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Product Planning and Release Management
- Develop clear and executable product roadmaps and release plans, ensuring that strategic plans are not only discussable but also practically deliverable.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business challenges, current system capabilities, and available resources to ensure realistic and achievable execution.
- Define project scope, dependencies, and resource constraints during the planning phase to establish clear boundaries and control mechanisms for implementation.
Solution Design (Business and Technical Perspective)
- Design end-to-end, implementation-ready solutions, including business processes, data flows, system logic, API integration approaches, and key delivery artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, development, testing, and AI engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and ensure alignment between solution design and engineering capabilities.
- Continuously refine solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure final implementation outcomes remain aligned with business objectives and original design intentions.
- Requirements Analysis and Delivery Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Translate business requirements into structured and actionable deliverables, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, interface specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Own end-to-end iteration management, including requirement reviews, development planning, risk identification, issue tracking, and release management.
- Drive effective collaboration across Development, QA, DevOps, AI, and Data teams to ensure timely deployment and stable operation of systems.
- Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions are functional, operational, deployable, and sustainable within real business environments.
System Deployment, Operations, and Continuous Improvement
- Participate in critical project milestones such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness reviews, and go-live activities to ensure delivery quality and system stability.
- Support business adoption through user training, documentation, knowledge base development, and change management communications.
- Leverage usage analytics, user feedback, and system logs to drive continuous enhancements, defect resolution, and ongoing optimization of system performance and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and global/regional organizations to ensure a seamless delivery process from solution design through production deployment.
- Manage critical dependencies, deployment risks, environmental readiness, resource allocation, and other key delivery factors to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, risks, decisions, and action items.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional Experience
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Product Management, Solution Management, or System Implementation.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development through deployment and operational support.
- Experience in enterprise system integration, business process implementation, or AI solution deployment is highly preferred.
- Experience in product management or project management within the 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) industry is a strong advantage.
Technical and Solution Expertise
- Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, data structures, access control frameworks, and other core technical concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with software developers, solution architects, AI engineers, and technical stakeholders.
- Proven capability to translate business requirements into practical and implementable solutions.
Product and Delivery Management Skills
- Ability to independently produce structured PRDs, process designs, acceptance criteria, and other key delivery artifacts.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience driving complex project delivery.
- Capable of managing priorities, identifying risks, and resolving issues effectively in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
4. Soft Skills
- Strong execution capability and sense of ownership, with accountability for deployment success and business usability.
- Excellent structured communication, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
Education and Language Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related disciplines preferred.
