Job Description: Title: Senior Manager, Engineering Location: Remote - USA, Canada Reports to: Sr. Director, Product Engineering R-100363 Vacancy: New vacancy The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for large-scale data platforms, analytics applications, and AI-driven solutions. This role combines people leadership, technical strategy, and operational excellence, guiding teams that build high-performance data pipelines, enterprise analytics platforms, and next-generation AI capabilities. The Impact You Will Have in This Role: As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our engineering organization and technology platforms. You will drive technical strategy, develop high-performing leaders and teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that support business growth and enhance customer value. Your leadership will directly influence engineering effectiveness, platform performance, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and large language models. This position has a starting salary range of $130K - $160K CAD / $150K - $180K USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
