Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.

Essential Functions

  • Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.
  • Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
  • Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred Qualifications: Direct sales management & revenue generation experience preferred. Proven track record leading broad, diverse teams is highly valued. FedEx leadership experience preferred. The desired locations for this position would be Seattle,WA or Portland,OR. Position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times a week.

Pay: Pay Grade: SM3 ($7,890.00/month - $15,380.00/month)

Additional Details: Relocation may be available based on business need. Position is not eligible for sponsorship. Pay Grade: SM3 Position close date: June 17th at 5pm ET
