Our Cleveland, OH Middle Market Team is hiring a Broker II In this role, you will be part of a leading team focused on providing innovative and effective solutions to support commercial risk management for our clients. As a Broker, you will report to the Regional Broking Leader.This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work 3-4 days a week from our Cleveland, OH office. What the day will look like The Broker is responsible for the management of a portfolio of middle market accounts, including the placement and service, as well as ensuring client results are maintained. This individual is accountable for acting as the representative for the local office or region on new business and renewal opportunities. The individual will work in supporting local colleagues; promoting and ensuring connectivity, collaboration and cooperation within local office practices and team standards, functions and encouraging the sharing of knowledge, best practices and resources around our Property and Casualty accounts.
How this opportunity is different The Broker is responsible for the management of a complex portfolio of middle market accounts, including the placement and service, as well as ensuring client deliverables are maintained. This individual is accountable for acting as the representative for the local office or region on new business and renewal opportunities. The individual leads by example as a strong sponsor of Aon's Leadership Model; supporting local colleagues; promoting and ensuring connectivity, collaboration and cooperation within local office practices, functions and fostering the sharing of knowledge, best practices and resources around our Property and Casualty accounts. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience Must have the willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within 120 days of hire For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $117,000 to $156,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
