Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) - Psychiatry Consult LiaisonPrimary Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, Illinois Secondary Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL Position Highlights Endeavor Health is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Psychiatry Consult Liaison team. This is an opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, social workers, nurses, and medical specialists to provide comprehensive psychiatric consultation services for hospitalized patients. This position requires rotating weekends across the NorthShore/Swedish Hospitals. The Psychiatry Consult Liaison APP will evaluate, diagnose, and manage psychiatric conditions in medically hospitalized patients while serving as an integral member of the inpatient behavioral health team. This position offers a highly collaborative practice environment with strong physician support and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care across multiple medical and surgical specialties. .
