Construction Estimator - Structural / Concrete Restoration Location: Hawthorne, NJ (NY General Repair Division) About NY General Repair: New York General Repair (NYGR) is a key division of STRUCTURAL, delivering high-performance structural repair and restoration solutions throughout the greater New York City metro region. Partnering with building owners, engineers, and property managers, NYGR specializes in protecting and restoring complex structures in some of the region's most demanding environments. With offices in New York City and northern New Jersey, our team brings deep local expertise and a proven track record of successfully delivering challenging restoration projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our New York General Repair division based in Hawthorne, NJ. This role focuses on self-performed structural and concrete restoration work across a range of complex projects that enhance the durability and longevity of critical infrastructure and commercial structures. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates strong communication skills, sound judgment under deadlines, leadership capability through mentoring and team development, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role offers visibility across both preconstruction and project execution, with the opportunity to influence pursuit strategy and project outcomes. Typical project scopes include concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, masonry restoration.
